Starting therapy
It can be a big step to start therapy - confronting things that are troubling you usually takes courage. However, the start of the process may be easier than you think. I aim to make this space safe for you - you can go at the pace you need to. I will never rush you.
Step 1: Book an initial consultation here. This is a chance for you to explore your aims for therapy, where together we can look at the various aspects of the problems you are experiencing. It’s also a chance for you to decide if my way of working is what you are looking for. Finding the right therapist is a very personal thing and you will only know if it’s right or not by doing a first session together. The initial consultation is £60 and lasts for 50 minutes.
Step 2: Following this you can then decide if you’d like to start weekly sessions. If you don’t think we are a good fit I can suggest other trusted local therapists that might be more suitable.
