My character is warm and approachable. I aim to help you feel safe, such that exploring difficult material becomes easier with me than it has been alone.
Conversations are confidential and we go at your pace. It’s likely that the problem/s you are experiencing might take some time to clarify and resolve. I am patient and able to sit with the pain you are experiencing. Through untangling the various strands of your story I will help you resolve your situation - in this way you will slowly feel less stuck.
Step 1: Book an initial consultation here. This is a chance for you to explore your aims for therapy, where together we can look at the various aspects of the problems you are experiencing. It’s also a chance for you to decide if my way of working is what you are looking for. Finding the right therapist is a very personal thing and you will only know if it’s right or not by doing a first session together.
Step 2: Following this you can then decide if you’d like to start weekly sessions. If you don’t think we are a good fit I can suggest other trusted local therapists that might be more suitable.
